Own the roadmap. You'll bring deep expertise and mentor others while shipping at a high level.
- Lead technical direction and architecture decisions.
- Mentor 2–3 mid-level engineers.
- Work directly with product and design.
- Be on-call once every 6 weeks. Real on-call. Not vibes.
What you've already done
- 5+ years in your domain at a company that shipped at scale.
- You've operated something painful and learned from it.
- You've cared about the bill at the end of the month.
